Hungarian Foundation of Cognitive Science

         A Magyar Kognitív Tudományi Alapítvány 1993 óta működik. Vezető szerepet játszott a "Budapest Semester in Cognitive Science" elindításában és működtetésében, és az elmúlt időben több Európai kutatási projekt résztvevője volt. Ezek a szűkebben vett kognitív tudománytól a vele rokon K+F területekig terjednek, mint például a "computational science" vagy (nemzetközi tapasztalatainkat felhasználva) az országok közötti együttműködés előmozdítása.

          The Hungarian Cognitive Science Foundation has been operational since 1993. It has been instrumental in bringing together and running the Budapest Semester in Cognitive Science, and has recently participated in several EC-funded and Hungarian national level research projects in the fields of cognitive science, narrowly defined, and several related RTD domains, such as computational science or (building upon our international involvement) fostering cross-country cooperation.
